Blog Post #26- Storyboard For My Film

When creating a film, a very helpful tool can be a storyboard. This is something that a film producer can create to have an idea of what their scenes may look like and it can be used to visualize the scenes instead of going off of nothing when they start filming. I decided to create a storyboard so that I could have something to go off of when creating my scenes since I am going to be filming in the next couple of weeks.

The first scene of the storyboard depicts the main characters friends walking into his house because they will all be hanging out within the main characters house. This scene takes place within the living room of the main characters home.

The second scene of the storyboard depicts the main character and his friends drinking alcoholic beverages which is illegal for their age. This scene also takes place within the living room of the home.

The third scene of the storyboard is depicting a neighbor waking up and going to the main characters house to complain about the noise that is coming from the main characters house. This scene takes place at the front door of the main characters home.

The fourth scene of the storyboard shows the main character and his friends resuming their party while lowering down the music of the party because they already almost got caught drinking by the neighbor which could of resulted in the neighbor telling the main character's parents.

The fifth scene depicts the main characters friends leaving his home because it is getting late. This scene is taking place within the living room and the friends of the main character are leaving through the front door.

The sixth scene shows the main character outside thinking about his future and what decisions he should make to prevent consequences that could effect his whole life. This scene takes place in the backyard of the main character.

The seventh scene shows the main character in his kitchen hanging out with new friends that he now prefers hanging out with because they are better influences on him and do not make negative choices that could effect their futures.

The eighth and final scene of the storyboard shows the main character receiving a text from his old friends asking if he wants to drink later that day in which the main character will respond with a text saying no to show the audience that the main character is starting to make better choices. This scene also is occurring within the kitchen of the main characters home.
