Blog Post #24- Title Decision for my film

 All films are required to have a title so that the audience can identify the film. The title of the film should also have relevance to the film because a title that doesn't relate to the story of the film would not make sense to the audience and would be misleading. Since I previously did not have a title for my film I needed to brainstorm to find out what I could name my film. 

The first title that I thought of was "Decisions". I thought of this because within my short film the main character will be making certain decisions on what he should do to not face consequences in the future. I decided not to pick this as my title because I think that it is very general.

The second title that I thought of was "The Journey of Right and Wrong". This title is a little more specific to my film because the main character goes through an emotional journey of considering his wrongdoings and how to improve. I didn't end up choosing this title because I felt as if I could come up with another title that has the same effect as this title and is shorter.

The third and final decision for my title is "The Second Path". I liked this title idea because it represents the outcome of the emotional journey of the main character showing him going on his second path of abandoning bad influences and bad habits. This title is also shorter and more catchy then the second title that I considered so I decided that this title would be the perfect fit for my film.
